Where Typefully may fit better
Consider Typefully if X writing and analytics are central to your week. Its paid creator plan has a lower annual entry price, while Business includes unlimited collaborators.
What Typefully includes
| Topic | Details and source |
|---|---|
| Pricing | Creator is $99 per year, annual billing only. Business is $20 per social set per month, or $18 per month on yearly billing. Typefully pricing |
| Writing and channels | The pricing page lists X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Substack, with X analytics on paid plans. Typefully plans and features |
| Collaboration | Business supports shared drafts, comments and roles that separate writing from publishing. Unlimited teammates can join a paid team without separate paid subscriptions. Typefully collaboration guide |

How heyeveryone approaches the work
- Keep an original draft, channel versions, review decisions and schedules together. Required approval applies to the current version; an edit can invalidate it.
- Agents prepare drafts and request schedules. People confirm publishing by default; a workspace owner can explicitly enable auto-publish for a particular agent in a particular workspace.
- Publishing attempts are recorded and retried when safe. Failures appear with a reason and next step. This does not guarantee platform uptime or audience results.
- Agent access and reviewers are included on every plan. Built-in AI uses credits, with the cost shown first; ordinary agent/API access uses none. External model-provider charges are separate.
- Pro costs $49.00/month or $39.00/month billed as $468.00 yearly. New accounts can try it for 7 days without a card, then move to Free unless they choose a paid plan. Compare all limits, sets and AI costs.
Check our channel access before switching
X
No platform review needed: connect your X account and post. X charges per post, so paid plans include a monthly X allowance; Free doesn't include X.
LinkedIn
LimitedCompany pages are waiting for LinkedIn to approve our Community Management API access, which LinkedIn reviews by hand. Personal profiles work now; posts for pages go to the post kit until then.
Threads
LimitedPublishing needs Meta's app review. Until it passes, only people added as Threads testers can connect and publish.
Bluesky
No platform review needed: connect with your handle and an app password created in Bluesky's settings, never your main password.
Instagram
LimitedWorks now for accounts with a role on the heyeveryone Meta app (Standard Access). Serving every customer needs Advanced Access, which requires Meta App Review and Business Verification.
Facebook Pages
LimitedWorks now only for people with a role on the heyeveryone Meta app (administrators, developers, testers) and the Pages they manage. Serving every customer needs Advanced Access, which requires Meta App Review and Business Verification.
TikTok
LimitedTikTok has not audited heyeveryone yet, so posts go out as private (Only me), the TikTok account must be private at the time of posting, and at most 5 accounts can post through heyeveryone in any 24 hours. Sending to TikTok drafts isn't limited this way: you choose who can see the post when you post it in TikTok.
YouTube
LimitedUntil Google audits our API project, every upload is private, whatever visibility is chosen. Until Google verifies the heyeveryone app, connecting YouTube shows Google's "unverified app" screen, and at most 100 new users in total can connect: a lifetime cap Google can't reset.
